Many of us underestimate the capacity of PULSES, which is super HEALTHY and NUTRITIOUS. It’s one of our staple food, which will fit in for all age groups from baby to aged person, Cost-effective, easy to prepare, and easily digestible.

• The term “pulse” refers only to the dried seed, Pulses are part of the legume family.
• Includes beans, lentils, peas, and other little seeds referred to as lentils or beans.
• Beans and Daal – If a pulse is split into half, it is called daal. For example, split Mung beans is called as Mung daal.
• The three types available are
1) Whole pulse,
2) Split pulse with the skin on,
3) Split pulse with the skin removed.
